Architectural Review Process

The Camden Walk HOA Board of Directors would like to remind everyone of the Architectual review process. This guidance can be found in Article V and Article VI of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions. In summary, the ARC (Architectual Review Committee) is in place to regulate external design, appearance, use and maintenance of property and any improvements. The objective is to preserve values and to maintain a harmonious relationship among structures, improvements and the natural vegetation and topography. Prior to starting your project, a Camden Walk Architectural Review Form must be submitted including plan detail as outlined in the form. Examples would include all structures, colors and plantings over 18 inches in height. 

 

The Committee intends to serve and represent each homeowner well. Your compliance with these requirements, as well as your continued commitment to the beauty and consistency of Camden Walk is appreciated.
