Architectural Review Process

Camden Walk Homeowners,

 

The Camden Walk HOA Board of Directors would like to remind everyone of the Architectural Review Board process. This guidance can be found in Section 14 of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions. In summary, the ARB is in place to regulate external design, appearance, use and maintenance of property and any improvements. The objective is to preserve values and to maintain a harmonious relationship among structures, improvements and the natural vegetation and topography. Prior to starting your project, a Camden Walk Architectural Review Form must be submitted including plan detail as outlined in the form. Examples would include all structures, colors and plantings over 18 inches in height. 

 

The board intends to serve and represent each homeowner well. Your compliance with these requirements, as well as your continued commitment to the beauty and consistency of Camden Walk is appreciated.
